The ARTOZYMA and ATHENS INTERNATIONAL JEWELLERY SHOW exhibitions, which are currently being held by TIF-HELEXPO at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre and Metropolitan Expo respectively, are poles of attraction for two of the most extroverted and innovative sectors of the economy.
Both exhibition events are recording increased traffic, reflecting the dynamism of the bakery and jewellery markets.
ARTOZYMA commercial visitors have come from all over Greece and 25 other countries, indicating the internationalisation of the exhibition.
ARTOZYMA, which will last until tomorrow, is expanding the horizons of bakery and confectionery, as it is attracting both the most important businesses, and the latest in trends and technological developments.
With a large and relevant programme of side events and actions, ARTOZYMA’s “agenda” includes the presentation programme of the National Baking Team, as well as the seminars by Italian master baker and confectioner, Matteo Manuini, who is presenting new techniques in bakery and confectionery doughs. The 6th Pan-Hellenic Bread Championship is also being held, as well as the Pastry Lab creative workshop, where acclaimed pastry chefs are creating inspired desserts using new techniques and original materials.
Visitors to the exhibition can also attend seminars and workshops on new industry trends and food technology, such as the seminars by the Hellenic Association of Food Technologists.
This year’s ARTOZYMA has recorded a 44% increase in exhibition spaces and a 46% increase in the number of direct exhibitors, compared to 2022. The expo has attracted 206 exhibitors (direct and indirect), 19 of whom are direct international exhibitors from 8 countries (Turkey, Bulgaria, Germany, Tajikistan, Cyprus, Poland, Italy, and Iran).
