How can Thessaloniki become a dynamic tourist destination in the Mediterranean? Where do tourism and education meet? Can recreational athletic activities bring a city to life 12 months a year? Which forms of medical tourism became a success story in Thessaloniki? Are there prospects for the flourishing of cruise tourism?
The growth of tourism and its alternative forms will be at the epicentre of the conference titled 'Destination Thessaloniki: 365 days of Meetings, Studies, Sports, Cruises and Health', which will be held on 13 November in the framework of the 31st 'Philoxenia' International Tourism Exhibition.
