It will be a multifunctional metropolitan park where entrepreneurship, culture, sports, and everyday life coexist harmoniously.<\/p><p>This is an ambitious project that transforms a traditional exhibition space into a modern, multifunctional urban hub, open and accessible to everyone, 365 days a year.<\/p><p>The project is the only example of Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS) in Greece: a space owned by an organization that operates as an open public area, enhancing the quality of life for citizens and visitors alike.<\/p><\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bda051d e-grid e-con-full e-con e-child\" data-id=\"bda051d\" data-element_type=\"container\" radical transformation to the site:<\/p><ul><li>Current situation:<ul><li>70% of the area is covered by 37 buildings<\/li><li>Only 7,000 sq.m. of scattered green space<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After redevelopment:<ul><li>70% of the area will become a 120,000 sq.m. <strong>metropolitan park <\/strong><\/li><li>7 buildings will be retained and highlighted<\/li><li>Modern, sustainable infrastructure redevelopment of TIF is based on a meaningful dialogue between past and future, preserving and highlighting buildings of strong historical and cultural significance for Thessaloniki.<\/p><p>Iconic landmarks such as the OTE Tower, MOMus \u2013 Museum of Contemporary Art, the historic Esso Pappas Pavilion, Alexandreio Melathron (Palais des Sports), and the \u201cIoannis Vellidis\u201d Conference Center are living parts of the city\u2019s collective memory and will be preserved, with the latter undergoing full modernization.<\/p><p>Through this approach, the project respects the architectural heritage and enduring identity of the site, while also embracing the new, with the creation of two state-of-the-art, bioclimatic exhibition halls that meet modern international
